What do we need to know to sell?

Just wanted to say what a fun day it was Saturday at our Grand Opening.

This summer I will have fresh vegetables. I always seem to get way more than my family can use. Also some fruit.

Glad to be part of the group. We have a lot of knowledge and ability in this town to really make this a great thing, we live in such a wonderful climate. With water shortages we really need to share ideas on gardening to keep us all going. My friend Cindy and I are ICU nurses at Palomar and have a great interest in raw, organic, holistic, complementary medicine and health issues. This looks like a good forum to put my f/u information from my internal medicine doctor (who is part of an integrative medicine practice in Poway) concerning my diet changes. It can make a difference.
My particular areas of interest are in end of life care and diabetes care (type 1 & 2 to minimize or eliminate medication use) as well as reversing cardiac disease and minimizing cancer risks.

We are so happy to have our own Farmer's Market now! Let's make it grow.
